Electric Bus Project
CF3000 is able to design the full Electric Bus integration, including Low Voltage and High Voltage components.
CF3000 designed all the EV Bus Architecture:

- Battery;
- Battery Management System (BMS);
- Battery Cooling System;
- Traction Motor Cooling System;
- Charger (On-board and Off-board);
- High Voltage (HV) connections;
- HV cables routing;
- Low Voltage (LV) architecture;
- Logic Functions Management Software;
- Component testing (laboratory testing and on-vehicle testing);
- Vehicle testing;
- Homologation.
If some electronic interface is needed, CF3000 is able to design specific ECU (Electronic Controller Unit) according to the needs:
- CAN Gateway;
- Sensors / Actuators management;
- DAC (Digital Analogic Converter) – DC/DC;
- Charger.
